Regina first started with My Great Bookkeeper several years ago, so she knows our business, our systems and the standards we expect when looking after our clients.
Working part-time from our Sydney office Tuesday to Thursday, Regina is one of our Senior Bookkeepers and also looks after My Great Bookkeeper’s own billing and accounts receivable.
And we think that second part is worth mentioning.
We spend a lot of time telling our clients that good bookkeeping starts with getting the everyday things right — invoicing, following up what you’re owed, reconciling accounts and knowing where your numbers stand.
So yes, we practise what we preach.
Regina helps us do exactly that.

Regina has been part of the My Great Bookkeeper story for years. Until we get her in front of a camera, Ook and Kee are holding her place.
What Regina Does
Keeping day-to-day bookkeeping accurate, organised and up to date.
Helping make sure money that should be coming into a business doesn’t disappear into the dreaded “I’ll follow that up later” pile.
Regina looks after billing for My Great Bookkeeper too — so when we say we trust her with the numbers, we mean our own as well as yours.
Making sure what’s in the bookkeeping system agrees with what actually happened at the bank.
The regular, essential work that keeps good books from becoming messy books.
She Knows How We Work
There are some things you can teach from a procedure manual.
And then there’s the understanding that comes from knowing a business for years.
Regina knows how My Great Bookkeeper works, what we expect from our bookkeeping and, importantly, the standard of care we expect when someone is looking after our clients.
She brings experience, consistency and attention to detail to the team — exactly what you want when somebody is working with numbers that need to be right.

Based in Sydney
Regina works part-time Tuesday to Thursday from our Sydney office, supporting our bookkeeping clients while keeping My Great Bookkeeper’s own billing and accounts receivable moving behind the scenes.
So while you may not always see Regina, there’s a very good chance she’s somewhere in the background making sure something balances, gets reconciled or actually gets paid.
