This authority extends to all areas permitted by law under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009, including but not limited to:Adding the Client to the BAS Agent Client List via online ATO services.Representing the Client and accessing historical portal records for BAS provisions.Preparing and lodging Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS).Managing Single Touch Payroll (STP) reporting, including Superannuation compliance.Communicating with the ATO regarding BAS-related matters.Obtaining information required to perform BAS services.This authority is limited to BAS services that a Registered BAS Agent is legally permitted to provide under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009.
